- Single job focus: Each job posting must be for a single job or project. Multiple openings or positions are not permitted.
- No spec work requests: Advertisements that solicit unpaid creative work (e.g., spec work, contests) from creative professionals are not allowed.
- Postings Review:
- Bombina and its partners reserve the right to edit or remove any postings on their websites that violate the established terms of service.
By using on the websites of Bombina and its partners, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
Interactions Between Users & Companies
- Bombina and its partners are only a platform dedicated to connecting creative individuals and companies.
- Bombina and its partners are not to be considered an employer with respect to the use of our subscription-based websites and shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made by any entity posting jobs on our websites.
- We simply host listings without screening or censorship. We are not part of any hiring process between employers and candidates.
- Our websites facilitate user-generated content. We are not legally obligated to, and generally do not, monitor or control the information shared by users.
- We do not have control over the accuracy, quality, safety or legality of job postings or resumes, nor can we guarantee that every employer is able to hire or that every candidate will find the perfect fit.
- We do not endorse any specific job postings, resumes, or users on our websites. Any agreements made between users (individuals or companies) are solely their responsibility.
- We don’t check the accuracy of user-generated content, so it’s important to verify information independently.
Interactions Between Individual Users & Users
- Bombina and its partners have no obligation to monitor every post and message. We trust our users to be responsible and use good judgment when interacting with others through our websites and personal accounts.
- While we don’t actively monitor all content, we will investigate any reports of inappropriate or harmful posts and take action if necessary.
- Meeting people from the internet can be risky, so be aware of potential dangers like meeting strangers, imposters, or individuals who may intend to cause physical harm. You are responsible for your safety when interacting with others from our websites, so please use caution and common sense.
- It’s difficult to verify users’ identities online, so Bombina and its partners can’t guarantee that everyone is who they claim to be. Be aware that user-provided information may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Because we cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behaviour of participants of Bombina and its partners in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
- Bombina and its partners is not directly involved in your interactions with other users (messages, meetups, agreements, etc.). They are a platform, not a mediator or a guarantor of good behaviour.
- If you have a dispute with another user (for example, a disagreement, a scam, or even something more serious), Bombina and its partners is not responsible for resolving it or for any harm that may result.
What Bombina & Its Partners are NOT Responsible for:
- Actions of other users: If another user does something harmful or offensive, Bombina & its partners aren’t responsible.
What YOU are responsible for:
- If you break this agreement and cause harm to Bombina and its partners or other partners, agents, co-branders and employees, you agree to pay for all the damages, including any legal costs.
Indemnity
If you do something on the websites of Bombina & its partners that leads to a legal claim or lawsuit against them, you are responsible for covering all the costs and damages.
This includes:
- Your content: If you post something that infringes on someone’s rights (e.g., copyright, defamation), you’re responsible.
- Your actions: If you violate the Terms of Use or harm someone through your use of the service, you’re responsible.
- Legal costs: You’ll have to pay for Bombina’s legal fees, and potentially damages awarded to the other party.
Termination
Bombina and its partners can terminate your account and delete all your content without warning if:
- You violate the Terms & Conditions: This includes any behaviour that goes against their rules, even if it’s not explicitly stated.
- You infringe on intellectual property: This means using copyrighted material or trademarks without permission.
- You don’t use your account: If you abandon your account, they might delete it to free up space.
- They can’t verify your information: If they suspect you provided false information during registration, they might terminate your account.
No liability for termination: Bombina & its partners are not responsible for any consequences you might experience due to account termination, even if it disrupts your business or causes other problems.
Bombina and its partners can:
- Remove or hide your content: They might do this if they believe your content violates their terms or infringes on someone’s rights. They could remove it completely or simply make it private so only you can see it.
- Delete your account: This is a more serious action that they might take if you repeatedly violate their terms or engage in harmful behaviour. They can delete your account, all your information, and any associated files.
- Keep or delete your content after termination: Even if your account is deleted, Bombina and its partners have the right to keep a copy of your content or delete it from their servers.
Any payment obligations incurred prior to the termination of this agreement, shall survive such termination. In no event shall any refunds be paid.
